Refund and cancellation policy
This policy explains when a Labiz order or subscription may be cancelled, when a refund may be approved and how long the process normally takes.

This policy applies to online payments made directly to Labonte Technologies Private Limited for Labiz subscriptions, renewals, implementation, support or other digital services. A signed order or service agreement will prevail where it contains different cancellation or refund terms.
You may request cancellation before the next renewal by emailing support@labiz.app with the registered account email, company name and order or payment reference. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid term unless the service agreement states otherwise.
Refunds may be approved for a duplicate charge, an amount collected after a valid pre-renewal cancellation, a payment recorded as successful where Labiz cannot activate the purchased service, or another case required by law. Change of mind, non-use, partial use, or dissatisfaction arising from requirements outside the agreed package or scope is not normally refundable after activation.
Discovery, configuration, migration, training, custom development and implementation fees relate to reserved capacity and work performed. Amounts attributable to completed milestones or work already started are non-refundable. Any refundable unused balance is determined from the applicable proposal, milestone acceptance and documented work completed.
Send the request within 7 calendar days of the disputed charge to support@labiz.app. Include the payer name, registered email, invoice or order number, payment ID, payment date, amount and reason. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
We normally acknowledge a complete request within 2 business days and communicate the decision within 5 business days. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
If a payment fails or remains pending but the amount is debited, first allow the bank or payment provider's normal reversal period. Share the payment reference with us if it is not reversed or credited to your Labiz order. We will verify the gateway status and assist with reconciliation.
