Website content is general information and may change as products develop. Package availability, modules, pricing, taxes, implementation, timelines, support and service levels are confirmed in the applicable commercial proposal or agreement.
Accounts and subscriptions
Workspace access, trials, subscriptions and renewals are governed by the terms presented during activation and any signed order. Account credentials must be kept confidential and used only by authorised users. Subscription limits, renewal period and included services are shown before purchase or stated in the applicable order.
Prices, payments and taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and applicable taxes are added or identified at checkout or on the invoice. Payment must be made through an approved method. A payment confirmation does not change the agreed package, implementation scope or service term.
Intellectual property
Labiz names, interface designs, website content and software are owned by or licensed to Labonte Technologies Private Limited. No ownership rights are transferred by use of this website.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep information accurate and services available, but the public website is provided without an uninterrupted-availability guarantee. Liability and remedies for paid services are defined in the relevant agreement.
Cancellation, refunds and delivery
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy. Digital service activation and implementation delivery are handled under the SaaS Delivery Policy. Those policies form part of these terms for online purchases.
