What is included in the published subscription price?

The pricing and comparison pages show the package users, locations, resources and module coverage. Applicable taxes, implementation, migration, custom work, integrations, add-ons and third-party charges are separate unless the final order states otherwise.

Can we change packages later?

A workspace can be reviewed as users, locations, resources or module requirements change. Availability, timing and any commercial adjustment are confirmed before the change.

When does billing begin?

Activation, billing start, renewal and payment terms are confirmed during checkout or in the applicable order. Review the payment, billing and service-delivery policies before purchase.

Is migration included automatically?

No universal migration scope is assumed. Data sources, quality, volume, history and validation responsibilities are reviewed and documented for the implementation.
