These published terms describe the common principles for prospective partners and resellers. They do not appoint or authorise any party; appointment requires due diligence and a signed agreement with Labonte Technologies Private Limited.
Territory, leads, pricing, commissions, collections, taxes, expenses and renewal arrangements are agreed in writing for each relationship.
The agreement defines who owns the customer relationship and who is responsible for discovery, proposals, implementation, support, billing and complaint handling.
No party may represent itself as an authorised Labiz partner or reseller or use protected brand assets until written permission is granted.
Prospective and appointed parties must protect confidential information and personal data and use it only for the authorised business purpose.
