Labiz is designed for dependable business access. Measurement method, service window, exclusions and any remedy are defined for the selected hosting and support arrangement.
Maintenance may be scheduled to improve security, reliability or functionality. Where practical, affected customers receive advance notice through the agreed communication channel.
Support requests are prioritised by business impact, affected users, available workaround and security risk. Target acknowledgement and resolution times depend on the contracted support tier.
Service commitments exclude failures caused by customer connectivity, devices, credentials, unsupported changes, third-party systems, force majeure or delayed customer action unless the agreement states otherwise.
Report a production-impacting issue through the contracted support route or contact support@labiz.app with the organisation, affected service, start time and business impact.
